Message: A massive thank you to Ash and Joy for yet another brilliant night out at the Chequers :)

I live on the south coast and have to travel up to see mum and dad, and each trip involves an evening meal and a few beers (or two..LOL)
The Chequers is an awesome example of a traditional British Public House.... Ash and Joy have got it all just right and more.
..In my humble opinion, their personalities make the Chequers Inn stand head and shoulders above the rest....Ash and Joy are such fun and their food is to is mouth- watering.. ( I can still taste the King Prawn dish 2 days later mmmmmm)

Message: Highly recommended to all. Joy and Ash make a point of welcoming everyone. The food is imaginative , home cooked and of a very high standard.
Well worth a visit.
