Pease come and join us at our friendly,
family run pub
in this picturesque village. The pub mostly dates back to the 16th century, when it was used as a coaching inn. Today it is furnished in a sympathetic, homely yet eclectic style, in keeping with the age of the building, with wooden floors a wealth of exposed beams. antique furniture, candle light, horse brasses and a most unusual 'display' in a public bar. One of our strongest beliefs is in
hospitality, and we take pride in both our food and our service,
and love to see our guests enjoy their time with us. In short,
we have made this pub our home.
We serve wholesome, freshly cooked dishes, using where possible, locally sourced ingredients. Please feast your eyes on our Food & Dining page for our lunch and dinner menu and our ever popular 'Sunday Roast', or why not get your feet tapping and see who's lined up to perform their latest music act live at the pub
